Today, 73 new leaders graduated from the Competitive Leadership program, an initiative developed by "Inspira Ecuador" of the Embassy and Consulate of the United States in Ecuador, together with Líderes Hub.

This initiative aimed to instruct the beneficiaries in basic knowledge of competitiveness so that they can lead projects, ventures or communities, recovering innovation and social entrepreneurship skills. With virtual and in-person meetings, the now graduates were trained by national and international experts. Among the teaching staff, the participation of members of the MOC Global Competitiveness Network of the Harvard Business School, one of the best universities in the world, stands out.

The Deputy Head of the U.S. Consulate, Chelan Bliss; Director of the Women's Office, Vivianne Almeida; Director of the ECOTEC University campus, Vicente Taiano; and the founder of Líderes Hub, Jodie Padilla, led the ceremony that took place in the space where the face-to-face classes were taught.
