Christmas Meeting 2022
This was our Christmas Reunion of Graduates of the#EquitableLeadershipProgramyears 2021 and 2022, and allied communities such as the Network of Scholars of the Embassy and Consulate of the United States in Ecuador.

Thanks to our expert PhD. José Sagarnaga from the United States for this idea of meeting again by LÃderes Hub in Guayaquil! José is one of the expert creators of the Equitable Leadership Program, along with Jodie and Carmen Padilla. From Clemson University USA this idea was born to celebrate the growth and strengthening of our Leadership Network.

6:05 - 6:35 PM: Presentation by Allysson Romo, Alumni "Inspira Ecuador" and founder ofRoots Natural CosmeticsShe tells of her 12 years of experience as an entrepreneur and will share the process with which she has begun to export her products to the US.

7:00 - 7:30 PM: Chocolate tasting by Lourdes Delgado, sponsor of ELP 2021 and ELP2022, founder ofChchukululu Chocolates, the first cocoa bar from Arriba exported to Europe more than 20 years ago (30 minutes of questions).
