Today 45 new leaders graduated from the Equitable Leadership program, an initiative supported by the US Government, together with Hub Leaders, led by Jodie Padilla.

This initiative strengthens the capacities of women who already have leadership skills, are social entrepreneurs and volunteer but who, for various reasons, have lost their jobs in a state of dependency or without studies. For two months, they trained on technical and soft skills with national and international experts.

The US Consul General, Brian Quigley; the Vice Mayor of Guayaquil, Josué Sánchez; and the creator of Team Matilde, Jodie Padilla, led the ceremony that took place in the Municipal Hall of Guayaquil. #WeAreUnidosEc
